EM316E1 Jumper Settings for E1 75Ω Application :

1) Install jumpers between JP3 pins 3 and 4,

2) Install jumpers between JP4 pins 1 and 2, JP5 pins 1 and 2

3) Set all switches on S1 to ON.

(BIT2=ON, BIT1=ON, BIT0=ON), for E1 and choose HDB3 as encoder & decoder testing
