LX Series Configuration Guide
Create an empty log file as follows:
#touch /tftpboot/log/user.warning.log
#chmod 777 /tftpboot/log/user.warning.log
Restart the syslog daemon, using the following commands, to
make changes to the
syslog.conf take effect.
# ps –ef|grep syslog
# kill –HUP pid#
